Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Arua. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a strong track record in sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational targets.Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.Lead, support, and mentor junior sales staff to enhance performance.Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports for management.Collaborate with marketing to improve brand visibility and lead generation.Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track and manage client engagement.Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and community outreach.
Required Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a sales or client-facing role.Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages spoken in Arua is a strong advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Northern Uganda is an added advantage.
